■ Year-end and New Year holidays
December 29, 2021 (Wednesday) -January 4, 2022 (Tuesday)

* Orders will be shipped by 17:00 on December 27 (Monday), but there may be a delay in delivery of luggage in some areas due to traffic congestion, so there is plenty of time to spare. Thank you for your order.
* Orders during the holiday period will be accepted by fax or email.
* Orders placed after 17:00 on 12/27 (Monday) and orders placed during the holiday period (arrivals until 1/4 17:00) will be shipped on 1/5 (Wednesday).
* Orders placed after 17:00 on 1/4 (Tue) will be shipped on 1/6 (Thu).
* Please note that the items received will be shipped the next business day until 17:00 the day before.
* Please note that delivery may be delayed depending on the shipment volume on 1/5 (Wednesday).
* Same-day shipping is not currently available.
